Studio Etiquette & Behavior
Be On Time: Arrive at least 10 minutes before your class begins. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate, as it can disrupt the flow of the session.
Respect Others: Maintain a respectful attitude towards instructors and fellow clients. Disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
No Talking During Class: Please refrain from unnecessary talking during class to maintain focus and respect for others.
Stay Hydrated: Drink water before, during, and after class to stay hydrated, but avoid drinking large amounts right before class.
Studio Equipment & Cleanliness
Clean Equipment After Use: Please wipe down all equipment after each use with the provided cleaning supplies.
Use of Equipment: Only use the studio equipment as directed by the instructor. If you are unsure about how to properly use a machine, please ask.
Footwear: Socks must be worn at all times. We recommend Pilates grip socks for additional safety.
Personal Items: Please keep personal items such as bags, shoes, and jackets in designated areas to maintain a clean and organized space.
Booking & Cancellations
Advance Booking Required: All classes must be booked in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot.
Cancellation Policy:
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 -12 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $25. Class cancellations under 12 hours will result in full forfeit of class fee (or class from package).
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your class without prior notice, you will be charged in full for the session.
Waitlist: If you're on the waitlist, please be aware that you will be notified via email or text if a spot becomes available. If you do not attend a class you've been added to, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
Health & Safety
Pre-Class Health Assessment: Inform your instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to class. This helps us tailor the session to your needs. Modifications can be provided.
Injury Liability: By participating, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of doing Pilates exercises and will not hold Studio 7 responsible for any injuries during class.
Class Experience & Participation
Cell Phones: Please keep cell phones on silent or off while in class to avoid distractions.
Respectful Communication: If you need assistance during class, raise your hand or approach the instructor after the session. We aim for clear, positive communication at all times.

Membership & Packages: We offer various membership options and class packages. Contact for more information.
No Refunds: All memberships and class packages are non-refundable but can be transferred or credited toward another session in the event of an injury or relocation.
