One-On-One Private Training 


With our one-on-one personal training, there is no one-size-fits-all approach.  7 Fitness designs a training system to ensure each member reaches their optimal level of fitness and athleticism. Through innovative training and a solid foundation of strength-based movements, we help members create a body that’s functional, lean and strong. Each program begins by assessing function and stability issues. With this as a baseline, we develop a customized program that targets members’ specific needs and goals. We work tirelessly to ensure each workout is challenging, engaging, and delivers results.


Athletic Conditioning – the utilization of training and conditioning techniques specifically designed for the athlete.

Functional Training – exercise techniques specifically designed to improve the core strength, balance and agility of the individual.


One-On-One  Personal Training : $120 per hour 




Semi-Private Personal Training 


Semi-Private personal training sessions are offered for groups of individuals to work directly with a trainer in the 7 Fitness facility.  By training with a friend or in a group, you will push and motivate each other to get the most out of each quality workout.
Training with a friend or in a group is not only more fun but will increase your support system for achieving superior results and making personal training more cost effective for each person.



Semi-Private Personal Training : 

$120 per hour plus an additional $20 per person  (max 5 people)
